<h1>How to design an effective Brochure for your hotel</h1>
<p>Brochures are small leaflets with the main purpose of which is to promote products or availing of a particular service. And services by assisting the customer with all the questions they might have while looking professional. A good and professional brochure will tell a lot about the hotel. It will easily and effectively tell your story to people who are most likely using your hotel. But how do you create a brochure suited for your hotel? Here are some pointers:</p>
<p><strong>Design brochure for your customers</strong></p>
<p>No one knows your customers more than you. Ask yourself, which groups of people is going to use the brochures most! WRITE DOWN what products or service suite them best, and remember your brochure needs to be made to satisfy them; your layout, your content, images everything.</p>
<p>Hire a professional to help you pick the right colour. Colour is one of the important factors. Make sure to choose colours that complement well with your hotel and keep your branding at all time.</p>
<p>Communicate with the Designer and let them know about your branding, supply them with high quality images and logo and ask them to provide you Drafts of work.<br />
When you are happy with the brochure look for a print company and print small amount of possible. Show them to your customers and ask if it satisfy their needs. Once you are happy with the final results then print just the right amount.</p>
<p>Finally whenever you are present your hotel brochure, just make sure to stay professional and follow the golden rule in brochure printing: If it is hard for your readers to understand what is your brochure all about then do not expect it to be a success.</p>

<h1>Guide to Powerful Advertising Poster design</h1>
<p>Posters are an effective way to promote and advertise everything from movies to special events. However finding a good and powerful print poster is very hard, and require lots of hard work. In this article I will go through the 6 steps process which we take in order to produce powerful posters for our clients.</p>
<p><strong>Step One</strong>: research and brainstorm, making a powerful poster require an innovative idea that is why the inception itself is a crucial part of poster printing. Spend time looking at other designers and write down the good and bad points about them, and use it throughout the poster design process.<br />
Afterwards, just draw whatever comes out of your mind. And use other peoples projects while trying to be distinct and original.</p>
<p><strong>Step Two</strong>: write it effectively the important thing here is that your poster text is simple, brief and enticing at the same time. Do not use complex words and do not repeat. Write something that will catch a reader&#8217;s eye and gets the advertising message delivered.</p>
<p><strong>Step Three</strong>: use good Graphics. Try to use original high resolution images so that the posters will be clear and impressive.</p>
<p><strong>Step Four</strong>: Keep the Branding and colour it well, use bright colours where possible to capture attention, if the poster is neutral there is a big chance that people going to miss it.</p>
<p><strong>Step Five</strong>: Use clear layouts for your poster, make sure the content is clear to see and readable. There is no point having a pretty poster that is not going to be readable and send the message across.</p>
<p><strong>Step Six</strong>: go through it check it once check it twice. You are not going to have a powerful posters if there is mistakes in it. So it is important that you check your designs carefully. Check for spelling and grammar errors, image distortions and even bad colour combinations. Do this three times and have different people do it. This should provide you with a spotless colour poster that should be really quite professional.</p>

<p>Prefect brochures are the brochures that have strong ability to attract customers, build the need for product or service, and also contain helpful information in order to make purchase / use of service easier through-out the content. <p><strong>Price</strong>: what is the price of your brand(s)? Do you want to look luxurious? If so consider using the best paper, use sophisticated design and aim to write the content to that exact target audience.</p>
<p><strong>Place</strong>: how and where are you going to distribute your brochure; Are you going to post it, is it going to be given once the client visit your company? Who is the prime reader and what language do they speak? If you are planning to send it maybe consider using lighter paper to keep the postage price down and brighter colours to grab attention. If you are in hotel business with international visitors consider writing in multiple languages.</p>
<p><strong>Product</strong>: is the user familiar with your product? If so consider writing about the new features, if not take time educating the user who you are and what is your company do in the brochure.</p>
<p><strong>Promotion</strong>: how do you plan to promote your product in the brochure? Do you have continues tempting offer, superior advantage to other companies or products in the market, you have done some national advertising, possibly some celebrity or national company use your product if so maybe it is worth mentioning.</p>
<p><strong>Physical evidence</strong>: what are the physical advantages of your product? Is it cool and testy drink, elegant and luxuries hotel where people can relax, fast and intelligent software that makes life easier? Use words and images to describe your product or service this will help the customers get the feeling of your products.</p>
<p><strong>People</strong>: who are the People? They are your targeted customers they make the final dissections, they decide to make or break you! Give in to their demand show them you care about them and get them tempted. Consider adding testimonials of you can.</p>
<p><strong>Process</strong>: what process? Well you have done it all but what was the aim of it how can the customers make purchases, or do what you want them to do? TELL THEM ABOUT IT. If there is a store, consider adding a map, if there is a website consider adding a website.</p>
<p>In conclusion concern the brochure content and direction, to determine the courses of action, ask yourself this question: Why should customers read your brochure? Well, the only answer you should have is because it is visually delightful and it contains useful information to the customers. If you do not have that answer, better think again. a good brochure needs to be innovative and have the wow facture in it. Let’s face it we see brochure almost every day but we can only recall few brochures that actually capture our eyes, or helped us make a dissection simply because it has the superior design, it was well printed and also well structured.</p>
